Sign up for SurveyPlanet

Before you can start using SurveyPlanet, you’ll need to set up an account. Your SurveyPlanet account lets you start creating surveys and collecting results.

When you open an account, you can create and send as many surveys as you like at no charge. If you already have a SurveyPlanet account, you can skip this step and sign in. Otherwise, follow these steps to create a SurveyPlanet account:

1. Go to https://app.surveyplanet.com/signup.
2. In the first box, enter your full name.
3. In the next box, enter your email address. Use an email address you own. We’ll use it to recover your password if you forget it, so make sure you type it correctly. If you use an address you don’t own, you could be locked out of your account.
4. In the last box, enter a password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
5. Select the I’m not a robot checkbox to confirm you are human.
6. Select the Signup button.
7. You will receive an email in your inbox asking you to verify your email address. Select the link to do so. If you haven’t received it in 5 minutes, check your spam filter or junk folder. If it’s still not there, contact us for help.
8. You’re now all set and ready to start creating your surveys!
