Survey archive

Put your surveys to sleep by archiving them. Archiving a survey deactivates it and removes it from the Survey List. It does not delete the survey or any survey results. Archiving your surveys declutters your Survey List and makes it load faster.

Archive a survey

1. From the Survey List, select the Settings icon.
2. Select the Options button in the upper right corner to reveal a submenu.
3. Select Archive .

Access archived surveys

Once you’ve archived a survey, you can access it again from the Survey List. To list your archived surveys, select Archived from the dropdown menu on the left side of the subnavigation.

Unarchive a survey

If you’d like to use an archived survey again, you’ll need to unarchive it.

1. From the survey list page, select the Settings icon .
2. Select the Options button in the upper right corner to reveal a submenu.
3. Select Unarchive .

Archived surveys only show up when your Survey List is filtered by Archived. Even if the archived survey has a category, it won’t show up on the Survey List when filtering by a specific category. When you archive a survey, it’s deactivated, meaning users can’t take it. Once you unarchive a survey, you’ll need to reactivate it so it can be taken again.
