Forgotten passwords

If you forgot the password to your SurveyPlanet account, you can reset it using the following steps. Use an email address you own when you create your account. Otherwise, you won’t be able to recover your password, and you’ll be locked out of your account.

Recover your SurveyPlanet password

1. Go to the password recovery page. You can also get there by going to the sign-in page and selecting forgot?.
2. Enter your email address in the input field.
3. Select the Recover My Password button.
4. Check your inbox for an email with the subject: “SurveyPlanet Password Reset”. If you don’t see a password recovery email, it may have landed in your junk mail folder.
5. Select the Reset Password button.
6. In the Password and Confirm Password input fields, enter a new password for your account. Your new password must be at least 8 characters.
7. After you submit your new password you’ll be redirected to the sign-in page.
